Do not let a product name stand in for mesh, wire, finish, posts, fixings, gates, drawings and evidence.

Prepare a schedule that separates required values, supplier proposals and items still to be advised. The supplier submittal should identify the exact offered panel or roll, dimensions, wire arrangement, finish sequence, coordinated components, tolerances, drawings, document revisions and exclusions. Approval applies only to that recorded scope; it does not transfer engineering or local-compliance responsibility.

Use the same units and measurement basis across drawings, schedules and quotations.

Match every file to the offered product code, configuration, finish and quotation revision.

2 · Consistency

Check dimensions, units, quantities, gates and component names across schedule, drawing and bill of materials.

3 · Applicability

Confirm the stated standard, test or certificate covers the exact product and intended claim.

4 · Deviations

List every departure from the enquiry explicitly; silence must not be treated as acceptance.

5 · Release

Record reviewer, revision, accepted scope, open items and the next approval needed before manufacture.
