It can organize space while creating new door, aisle, visibility and service interfaces.

Start with the operational plan: what is stored or performed in each zone, who and what must pass through, and which routes must stay clear. Then map doors, forklift turns, pedestrian paths, emergency equipment, racks, sprinklers, lighting, ventilation, drainage, columns and floor joints. The supplier can propose modular panels, posts, doors and fixing locations, but the responsible project team must approve anchors, impact protection, storage stability, fire/egress effects and building interfaces.
